In order to reserve you transportation we will be needing your full flight itinerary:
Airline, flight number, number of people, city of departure, etc.
In order to process a cancellation without penalties, the petition to do so must be requested no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
Last minute additions of people may not be made unless the previous petition to do so had been submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
